Junior Staff Accountant

This is not a plug-and-play role — we are looking for someone who wants to grow, develop, and eventually step into a larger role within the accounting team.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations across multiple properties
• Process accounts payable, including cutting checks and managing vendor payments
• Assist with tenant account reconciliations and financial tracking
• Utilize Real Page to maintain accurate financial records
• Support property tax tracking, including assisting with tax reviews and disputes
• Investigate discrepancies and support problem-solving efforts across accounts
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency

This role is built for long-term development. The team is looking for someone they can invest in and grow into a key contributor, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and progress into a senior accounting role over time.

• $42,000 – $52,000 annually (approximately $20–$25/hour)
