Base pay is determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and spouses are encouraged to apply. For qualified associates who have been with Brookdale for at least one year, we offer to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding.

Responsibilities- Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
- Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail; performs basic office/clerical functions and maintains visitor logs.
- May respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.

QualificationsThe ideal Receptionist is courteous, organized, and responsive. Experience in front‑desk operations, strong communication skills, and basic clerical proficiency are required.
