Record Specialist (Full-time)
TFI Family Services is seeking a dedicated Record Specialist to support our Case Management Program, working with children and families to ensure critical documents are prepared for court, adoption, and identification.
Responsibilities- Provide support to the Case Management Program and front‑line team.
- Ensure all documents are ready for court, adoption, and other processes.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with documentation related to child welfare.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training will be provided).
- Detail oriented, eager to learn, and committed to child safety and permanency.
- Ability to support colleagues in a fast‑moving office environment (office‑only position).
- Average hourly rate: $17.19 (including wages, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
- Full‑time employment.
- 20 days of personal leave in the first year, 25 days thereafter.
- 12 paid holidays, longevity bonus, and tuition reimbursement.
- Flexible scheduling within office hours.
