We are seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial interior construction projects. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in framing and drywall systems

This is a high-impact leadership role with a well-established interiors contractor focused on delivering high-quality results on tight schedules. You’ll play a critical part in maintaining field productivity, safety, and coordination across multiple trades.

• Direct and manage all field operations on assigned projects

• Oversee scheduling, manpower, and resource allocation for framing/drywall scopes

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines

• Lead, mentor, and motivate field crews and subcontractors

• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders for smooth communication and execution

• Proactively identify and resolve job site issues to minimize delays or disruptions

• 7+ years of experience in commercial interior construction, with a strong background in framing and drywall

• Demonstrated success in managing large field crews across multiple jobsites

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and safety protocols
