This position supports TTY Sales by processing customer orders and ensuring the order goes smoothly from when the order is handed off until it has been received by the customer.

• Supports TTY Sales
• Processes customer PO’s and orders in ENT
• Works with Purchasing to get the necessary materials ordered
• Works with Production Art to get the CD/PDF (Production Proof) created
• Assists customers with any questions or concerns regarding their order(s)
• Assists production personnel with any questions or updates
• Ensures the order goes smoothly from the moment it is handed off to CS until it has shipped to the customer

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Microsoft Office Suite experience or knowledge
• Data entry and/or customer service experience

• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos
• Able to write correspondences
• Able to communicate effectively one-on-one and in groups with customers and other employees
• Able to perform basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Able to work under pressure

• Understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written and/or oral instructions
• Problem solving

• Sitting and looking at a screen for extended periods of time
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
