Key Responsibilities as a Fintech Customer Support Representative
  • Handle inbound calls from bank partners, merchants, and cardholders, providing solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Some inquiries may require technical assistance.
  • Deliver top-notch service by actively listening and helping customers find the best possible solutions.
Requirements to Support This Client
  • A minimum of one year of recent experience in inbound call support within a customer-facing Financial Services environment.
  • Experience in Financial Services support is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A quiet and secure workspace to effectively handle a steady flow of calls.
  • A wired internet connection with the required speeds (ping 25 Mbps; upload 10 Mbps; minimum 8 GB RAM).
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A background check and drug test will be required.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing call center position, ideally related to online bill payments, financial institutions, or technical support.
  • Proficient in using customer service software or CRM systems and providing support via email, chat, or video calls.

No degree necessary! This is a fantastic remote opportunity for anyone eager to invest in themselves and work hard on their own terms. You can either set up your own customer support business or work as an agent for a partner company already on the platform. Note that some clients may require ongoing certification and a background check and drug test are mandatory.
