Bilingual Dental Office Manager/Front office coordinator

Do you love people? We are looking for a highly motivated, responsible and a passionate self‑starter who will be able to lead others and be the point person for the entire office. You will coordinate all front desk activities including insurance verification, treatment plan presentation, and billing/sending out claims as well as manage the back office staff. An outgoing and happy personality is a must.

You will be responsible for interfacing with all patients as well as insurance companies concerning payment of insurance claims.

• Point person for the entire office
• All front desk duties including answering phones, scheduling, treatment plan presentation etc.
• Insurance verification and billing for Medicaid/CHIP/PPO insurances
• Submit dental claims to insurance companies online, by mail and by fax.
• Review EOBs to ensure all procedures are paid correctly and on time
• Work aging report to ensure all claims are paid

• 3+ years Management Experience including managing staff
• 5+ years working experience in a dental office
• 5+ years experience in dental billing
• Bilingual in Spanish
