Job Summary

Support the formulation and optimization of water‑based adhesive products to meet performance and regulatory standards. Conduct lab testing, analyze adhesive properties, and ensure quality and functionality. Provide on‑site technical assistance, documentation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Uphold lab safety and stay informed on industry trends.

• Uphold lab safety standards and stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends in adhesive chemistry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with polymer chemistry, adhesives, coatings, or related materials is a plus.
• Familiarity with lab instruments (e.g., viscometers, spectrometers, tensile testers) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast‑paced settings; holds a valid driver’s license and passport for potential travel.
