WhatYou Will Do
- Price supporting functions from pre‑RFP activities through proposal negotiations.
- Form, plan, and manage all cost volume development activities such as compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Professional experience in a related finance role.
- Ability to work both independently and as an integral team member in a highly dynamic work environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven experience briefing management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead/support cost volume teams for large sole‑source and/or competitive proposals.
- Demonstrated bid/cost proposal development and management skills.
- Proven experience working with proposal teams in a very dynamic environment.
- Experience with FAR, DFARS, TINA, and/or other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to bid/cost proposals.
- Detail-oriented and ability to think strategically.
- Proposal experience working on proposals in excess of $50 million.
- Experience proposing to different contract types (CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP, FPIF, T&M), with understanding of financial implications on program execution.
- Advanced MS Office experience, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Pro Pricer Software.
- Knowledge of international pricing pursuit.
- Hold an active current security clearance (SSCI).
