Primary Functions Of This Role Include- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, hospital discharge planners, and case managers, to generate hospice referrals.
- Educate referral sources and the community about the benefits of hospice care and our services.
- Conduct outreach through in-person visits, presentations, and networking events to promote Hope Health Care.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless transitions for patients entering hospice care.
- Meet or exceed referral and admission goals through strategic marketing and relationship‑building efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral data using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements related to hospice care.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws relating to the promotion of the agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 2 years of successful and scalable sales experience in healthcare, preferably in hospice, home health.
- Proven track record of building relationships with healthcare professionals and achieving sales goals.
- Strong understanding of hospice care principles and philosophy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required).
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary plus tiered bonus structure.
Salary range: $75,000 – $130,000.
