Are you a motivated individual looking for a legitimate and growth-oriented opportunity? If so, we want to discuss a position available in our team.

We are seeking a dynamic Staffing Recruiter to join our light industrial staffing industry team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in roles such as warehouse workers, machine operators, and assemblers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in building relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, referrals, and community outreach.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match qualifications with client needs.

Client Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.

Job Posting & Marketing: Create and promote job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.

Onboarding & Compliance: Assist with onboarding, including screenings, documentation verification, and compliance.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Problem Solving: Address issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates and employees during their employment.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and compliance regulations is a plus.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are required.
• Experience in recruiting, especially in light industrial staffing, is preferred but not mandatory.
