A well‑established and growing law firm is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pre‑Suit Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our client’s Texas team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 1+ years of pre‑suite personal injury experience who are passionate about advocating for clients, negotiating settlements, and excelling in Personal Injury Law.

$80,000–$100,000++ (flexible over salary range based on experience or portable case load) Commission payout opportunities for cases brought into the firm (excluding PIP cases) Bar dues, CLE’s, and more

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability claims, and wrongful death cases.
• Work directly with clients to assess injuries and provide legal guidance.
• Draft demand packages, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with medical professionals.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Participate in statements and EUOs (Examinations Under Oath) as needed.
• Collaborate with experts from various disciplines for case preparation.
• Take new client calls on a rotating basis.

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• 1+ years of plaintiff‑side pre‑suite personal injury experience.
• Strong skills in drafting demand packages, client intake, negotiations, and settlements.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
