Maintenance Supervisor/Lead – Price Brothers

Compensation: $32.00 - $33.00 / hour

• Organize and direct maintenance programs and staff across the apartment property
• Assign and schedule work orders for maintenance team members
• Follow up on all service requests
• Supervise the Make‑Ready (unit turning) program
• Maintain adequate parts and appliance inventory
• Oversee completion of the Preventive Maintenance Program and implement the Price Brothers Safety program
• Consistently review performance and activities of maintenance staff

• 2‑3 years of multi‑family maintenance experience (preferred)
• At least 1 year experience in a management or leadership role
• Knowledge of building trades and codes
• Experience with HVAC systems
• Excellent supervisory, training and organizational skills
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair)
• Flexibility to work on‑call and weekends as needed
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and any required state licenses or certifications
• HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II or Universal)
