PLS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Garland, TX location to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and help meet store goals. You will support the Store Manager in supervising team members, recruiting, and ensuring policy compliance.
The role requires management experience in retail or service industries, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
