Hire Energy Staffing in Garland, TX is seeking an experienced SMT Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), Monday through Friday. The role requires setup of SMT lines, stencil printing, reflow oven operation, and accurate identification of SMT components from the BOM.
Candidate should be familiar with screen printers, pick and place machines, AOI, and IPC standards. IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 certification is a plus; must be able to work on site and pass a background check.
