Trend Personnel Services is hiring an experienced
Punch Press Set-Up / Operator for an established manufacturing client in Garland, TX. This is atemp-to-hire opportunity for someone with hands-on experience setting up and/or operating punch press equipment in a production environment.
Set up and/or operate punch press equipment for production runs
Install and adjust dies, tooling, and machine settings as required
Read and follow work orders, prints, specifications, and production instructions
Load materials and monitor equipment throughout production
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot production issues
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
QualificationsPreviouspunch press operating and/or set-up experience required
Experience working with dies, tooling, and metal manufacturing processes preferred
Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings, and measuring instruments
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and maintain production standards
Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety
Pay:$18 - $19/hour, depending on experience.
