Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Rowlett, TX

. This position is part of the Exceptional Family Practice Clinic in Rowlett, TX.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday Full‑time
- Location: Rowlett (Dallas), TX
- Clinic: Exceptional Family Practice Clinic, part of Texas Health Physicians Group
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention.
- Document clinical care in the EPIC EMR system.
- Maintain CME requirements to support NP certification and licensure.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Texas RN license and NP certification.
- Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Texas.
- Experience in family practice or similar setting preferred.
