Bilingual Leasing Consultant; Spanish Drive Occupancy

Omninet Capital, LLC is seeking a Spanish bilingual Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention and satisfaction.

You will support the Community Manager, require strong communication, sales experience, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws;
Spanish bilingual ability is required. This role is onsite in Garland, TX.
