We are currently looking for the right Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! The hourly wage ranges from $10.00 to $14.00, with the potential to earn UP TO 8% commission on transactions, which could add approximately $2.92 per hour on top of your base pay.

Seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, handling cash, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working with diverse merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations). Compensation includes hourly wages plus commissions based on performance.

• Greet and engage customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Conduct sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer calls and communicate legal aspects of transactions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Complete training as assigned.
• Other duties as needed.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Perform tasks for extended periods, including standing and walking.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age of 18, with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate, able to operate POS systems.
