Display Source Alliance (DSA) designs, produces, delivers, and installs merchandising fixtures and single serve beverage coolers in the transaction zones of grocery retail environments. We focus on enhancing in-store visibility and driving impulse purchases for single-serve items such as gum, candy, snacks, and cold beverages.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Representative to support our regional grocery retail accounts. This entry-level role is ideal for a candidate looking to grow in the retail services industry. The Junior Sales Representative will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating project execution, and driving revenue growth across key grocery and C-store retail accounts.

• Support Senior Sales Reps and Account Managers with day-to-day client activities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and retail teams at grocery retail accounts.
• Assist in coordinating project deliverables from design through production to in-store execution.
• Track account activities, program updates, and customer communications in CRM tools.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and sales reviews.
• Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis within assigned territories.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and help resolve issues as they arise.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or retail merchandising (CPG or display industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM platforms.
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to travel regionally as needed.
