Responsibilities- Consultative sales approach using a high level of knowledge of product features and benefits
- Consultative sales approach using a high level of industry trends and best practices
- Interpret and translate client needs
- Identify and convert prospective clients
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients
- Read/interpret architectural plans/drawings
- Read/interpret shop drawings
- Knowledge of the construction bid process (including takeoff’s/BOM’s for estimating)
- Meet monthly KPI’s
- Find new target segments
- Research and be knowledgeable on competitive offerings
- Work closely with marketing, project managers, product design and production
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- Business travel required
- Excellent listener
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Attention to detail
- Good time‑management skills
- Team player
- Proficient in MS Office
- BA degree in marketing or related field a plus
