A leading dairy company located in Texas seeks an Analytical Sciences Technician to support laboratory projects by conducting accurate analytical testing of dairy ingredients and fermented products. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology, and possess excellent laboratory and communication skills. Responsibilities include sample preparation, record maintenance, and equipment operation. Work hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm without travel requirements.
