Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing wooden structures, furniture, and fittings according to design specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans for interior fit-out projects.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wooden structures, furniture, doors, cabinets, and other interior elements.
• Ensure precision and adherence to project specifications, standards, and deadlines.
• Maintain, repair, and refurbish wooden furniture and fittings as required.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth workflow.
• Select and use appropriate materials, tools, and techniques for each task.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify potential issues or improvements in carpentry processes and suggest solutions.

• Proven experience as a carpenter in interior fit-out or related construction projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, machines, and materials.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and best practices in carpentry.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

• Minimum of 2–5 years of hands‑on carpentry experience in interior fit‑out projects.
• Experience with furniture making, cabinet installation, and custom woodwork is highly preferred.

• Full‑time position, typically 8–10 hours per day.
