Make​/Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Make Ready/Maintenance Technician at the Carriage Homes on the Lake property located in Garland, TX.

This role is responsible for performing maintenance tasks, repairs, and upgrades to rental units to ensure they are clean, safe, and ready for occupancy.

• Inspect rental units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation
• Clean and prepare rental units for new tenants
• Assist with occupied unit repairs, as needed
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Communicate with property managers and maintenance team to coordinate work schedules

• Previous experience as a Make Ready Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
