HVAC Service Technician Salary & Benefits
- Performance Pay $80-$175K

Full Time: 40+ hours a week
What will you be doing: (including but not limited to) HVAC Service Technicians
- Traveling to various sites to perform HVAC duties (and other duties as assigned)
- Removing old systems
- Performing routine maintenance
- Training junior team members
- Communicating with clients and customers
- Ordering and maintaining equipment
- Meeting local HVAC codes
What We Are Looking for in an HVAC Service Technician
- Desire to learn and advance as an HVAC Service Technician
- Attention to detail
- Project a positive and optimistic attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background and drug test
- Minimum of 21 years of age
Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating weekends
