Field/Service Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We urgently seek a Lead DC Power Technician and an assistant Technician to support our Dallas market. Responsibilities- Installation and maintenance of DC power systems in various settings, including installation, routine troubleshooting, and repair.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance of DC power equipment.
- Provide technical support for clients and internal teams on DC power‑related issues.
- Perform testing and diagnostics to identify and resolve faults.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and service reports.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- High‑school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain DOT certification.
- Required DC‑power‑plant experience.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Ability to lift 70+ pounds.
- Strong customer‑service focus.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of battery testing equipment and familiarity with safety policies is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand basic layout drawings and schematics is a plus.
