Job Description

Our Plumbers average about 44 hours a week, making $100-150K+ a year! (REQUIRED RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE)

LICENSED PLUMBER

Responsibilities
  • Installing all residential plumbing fixtures and systems
  • Repair and maintain plumbing systems by replacing washers, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes by enforcing adherence to requirements.
  • Provide plumbing information to customers by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • No on-call rotation
  • One working Saturday every 4 weeks
Qualifications
  • Master, Journeyman, or Tradesman License with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation
  • Clean driving record and current valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and / or more regularly and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
  • Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently for extended periods
  • Must be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders, and tunnels
  • Must be able to carry heavy items up and down stairs
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow, or sleet
  • Must have mental skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, and a technical vocabulary to understand direction and adhere to established procedures.
  • Must be willing to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints.
  • Must be able to complete a Job Physical Assessment
