We are seeking a highly motivated and mechanically skilled Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves hands‑on technical work in the field—performing startup, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for a wide range of HVAC systems including cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, VFDs, chillers, air handlers, and hydronic accessories.

• Perform field service tasks on HVAC systems with minimal supervision
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance and system startups in accordance with factory standards
• Accurately document work performed, labor hours, and materials used
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Identify and propose system improvements or retrofit opportunities to support customer success

• 3‑7 years of relevant experience in HVAC service or a related mechanical field
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
• Familiarity with key product categories such as pumps, towers, chillers, VFDs, boilers, and air handlers
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in mechanical rooms or rooftops
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
