The City of Garland is seeking an Electric Lineman to build and maintain dependable power service across GP&L transmission and distribution networks, including overhead and underground lines, substations, and lighting systems. You will install, service, and repair transmission, distribution, substation, and service line equipment.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED with several years of power line experience, and may require DOL Apprentice Line Technician certification.
