Job Overview
The Integration Solutions Engineer will maintain the data connections critical to high-quality patient care, working with healthcare providers and enterprise customers such as Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, and Kaiser Permanente. The role will optimize, support, and troubleshoot integrations between Epic and external systems.
Responsibilities• Optimize data connections critical to high-quality patient care.
• Enhance and support integrations between Epic and external systems to ensure efficient and secure data exchanges.
• Anticipate challenges and diagnose interface issues.
• Fine-tune integrations to meet evolving operational needs in diverse healthcare settings.
• Enable customer operational success and empower them to deliver better patient care.
- Bachelor's or greater in engineering, math, information systems, or a related field
- A history of academic and professional success
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- COVID-19 vaccination
