Early Childhood Development Sports Coach (Soccer)

Base pay range: $7,500.00/yr - $13,000.00/yr

Early Childhood Development Coach - Do you love playing and teaching little ones? Then this is the opportunity for you to make a positive impact on the kids in our community through imaginative learning and physical activity. We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.

This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. We offer training on the job, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs.

Our coaches are committed to creating a non-competitive, creative environment with individual attention to help every child succeed.

• Lead children in fun and educational soccer activities while ensuring safety
• Use a non-competitive and creative approach to keep classes engaging and stress-free
• Provide positive reinforcement and celebrate child progress
• Attend regular training and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
• Embody an active lifestyle and act as an ambassador for the company and its values
• Engage both parents and children during group activities

• Age Requirements:
  Must be at least 18 years old
• Educational Requirements:
  
  High school diploma with some college (preferred)
• Transportation:
  Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle; may work at multiple locations in a day
• Schedule:
  
  Available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons
• Location:
  
  Classes held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across Dallas County; travel up to an hour may be required
• Soft and professional skills:
  Energetic, punctual, organized; able to work with kids ages 18 months to 12 years; positive attitude; patience; willingness to be silly; history of integrity; friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Soccer knowledge:
  Knowledge of soccer fundamentals is a plus but not required
• Leadership:
  Ability to lead groups and engage both parents and children
• CPR/First Aid:
  Certification or willingness to obtain;
  Background check required
