- MUST: CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or CPT certification required
- Athletic/Volleyball Background
- 1+ year of coaching
- Believes they can be the best coach on staff
- Extensive knowledge of Strength & Conditioning
- Ability to program for 1 on 1 clients
- Positive and energetic personality with a "can do" attitude
- Degree from an accredited university (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, or related field)
- Familiar with the local community; existing relationships with schools, coaches, and sports teams
- Experience in group, 1:1, small group, and team training settings
- CHARACTER. This coach must have world class character and align with our core values. High energy; ready to have fun and work hard.
- COACH. This coach should be able to step in on day 1 and work with anyone across age groups.
- TEAM PLAYER. Be a team player and ready to train members of all ages and skill levels; coach 1 on 1, group classes, and semi-privates.
- Developing and providing customized personal training programs for individual clients and small groups

- You wake up, excited to help athletes accomplish their goals. You arrive at our state of the art facility, equipped with a world class weight room and indoor turf field. You walk into the facility that has produced hundreds of NFL draft picks and thousands of college scholarships.
- You are greeted by a team of 8+ world-class Volleyball players, all fun and competitive. You review your day’s schedule and prepare to deliver a world-class coaching experience.
- You work with 1 on 1 clients and teams, writing programming, scheduling, and coaching to ensure a world-class product.
- You end the day coaching scholastic teams ages 7-18, delivering the same high-quality training.
- You may receive feedback from clients who achieved their goals and celebrate their progress.
Flexible availability throughout the week, including nights and weekends, and at least 10-15 hours per week.
Compensation$20-$40 per hour
