OverviewThis Soccer Performance Coach role is for a high-energy, strong character individual with a relentless work ethic who can step in on day 1 and work with any client we throw Coaches train scholastic athletes ages 6-18 and adult athletes ages 18-80. D1 coaches lead team training for high school, select and collegiate teams, and provide 1-on-1 and small group training for adult, scholastic, and professional athletes.
Responsibilities- Developing and providing customized personal training programs for individual clients and small groups
- Implementing training programs for youth small groups and teams as assigned
- Ensuring safe and effective use of equipment
- Motivating and building positive relationships with clients and facility members
- Participating in ongoing personal training growth opportunities and programs
- Obtaining and maintaining required certificates and licenses
- Various other duties as assigned
- CHARACTER: world-class character, high energy, aligned with core values
- COACH: able to step in on day 1 and coach across age ranges from 7 to adults and high-level athletes
- TEAM PLAYER: willing to coach 1-on-1, group classes, and semi-privates; able to work with athletes of all ages and skill levels
- MUST: CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or CPT certification
- Athletic/Soccer Background
- 1+ year of coaching
- Believes they can be the best coach on staff
- Extensive knowledge of Strength & Conditioning
- Ability to program for 1-on-1 clients
- Positive and energetic personality with a “can do” attitude
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, or related field
- Familiar with the local community; relationships with schools, coaches, and sports teams
- Experience in group, 1:1, small group, and team training settings

- Work with athletes across a range of ages and skill levels in a state-of-the-art facility
- Deliver 1-on-1, small group, and team training sessions to help athletes reach their goals
- Provide a world-class coaching product through planning, programming, and execution
Schedule:
Flexible availability throughout the week, including nights and weekends, and at least 10-15 hours per week
Compensation: $20-$40 per hour
