Position : Construction Foreman - Residential Renovations
Location : On-site (Various Project Locations)
Type : Full-Time

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled Foreman to execute our projects effectively.
Role OverviewAs a Construction Foreman, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations on site, ensure projects are completed on schedule, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. You will act as the primary point of contact between our field teams, project managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise subcontractor crews from mobilization through project completion
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and manufacturer installation guidelines for upcoming projects
- Assign daily tasks, monitor crew performance, and provide on‑the‑spot training as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols (OSHA standards and company policies)
- Conduct quality inspections at key milestones and upon job completion
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment rentals, and site logistics
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners
- Troubleshoot on‑site challenges quickly and implement corrective actions
Maintain clean, organized job sites and enforce proper disposal / recycling of materials - Document daily progress, labor hours, and material usage; submit accurate reports
- Minimum 3 year experience in residential or commercial construction
- Proven track record in a Foreman or lead role with direct supervisory responsibilities
- Proficient in quality controls, reporting project status, organizing efforts, carpentry, general construction
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools, safety equipment, and installation best practices
- OSHA 10‑hour or 30‑hour certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and scope documents
- Physical stamina to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and endure outdoor conditions
