Little Stepping Stones of Garner is a licensed childcare center seeking Floaters/Teacher Aides to work with all age groups!
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience.
Required Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Compensation: $13–$15/hr based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities
- Willingness to effectively substitute for any position as needed, including covering staff members’ breaks, filling in during absences, and assuming classroom duties before or after scheduled shifts.
- Demonstrate patience, kindness, and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
- Operate as a team player and willingness to help where needed under the director and lead teacher.
- Physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
