Our Industrial Water solution delivers lifecycle water, wastewater and stormwater projects for heavy commercial and industrial clients, balancing sustainability, resilience, regulatory compliance and community relations.

• Business development: Lead marketing, strategy development, prospect identification, proposal development, project budgeting and contracting.
• Project management: Interact with clients, promote Black & Veatch through client and community activities, support market business plans and client engagement strategies.
• Project execution: Oversee engineering managers, develop project performance goals, ensure budgeting, invoicing, payments and lead project performance reviews.
• Staff management: Mentor and coach team members, recommend training and promotion, identify and develop new candidates.

Acts as a project manager and manages a project team.

• 20+ years of active water/wastewater experience with demonstrated leadership in the industrial sector.
• Professional Engineering License;
  Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
• Understanding of budgets and financial metrics.
• Contract negotiation skills including knowledge of terms, risks, pricing and payment terms.
