  Develop ad-hoc reports to support business needs and departmental collaboration.
• Data Analysis:
  Conduct data analysis to inform financial decisions and departmental understanding.
• Financial Reconciliation:
  Assist with data reconciliation and help prepare monthly financial summaries.
• Special Projects:
  Participate in special projects, including variance reporting or inventory analysis.
• Process Improvement:
  Analyze internal workflows to gain understanding and help identify opportunities for improvement.

• Background:
  Entry-level student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Expected graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029, with demonstrated participation in extracurricular activities.
• Skills:
  
  Strong technical skills, effective communication skills, personal integrity, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Bonus:
