Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in searching for a Warehouse Supervisor (Foreman) in Garner, NC
. In this role, you’ll take direct responsibility for the organization, accuracy, and condition of all warehouse inventory while overseeing daily operations.

The Warehouse Foreman reports directly to the Operations Manager with a dotted‑line responsibility to the General Manager
. This position is temp‑to‑perm
, initially temporary for a few months and then can convert to permanent position.

Starting Salary: $25 per hour

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure accurate inbound and outbound fulfillment activities.
• Operate and oversee use of sit‑down forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Support the Operations Manager with facility readiness at opening and closing.
• Uphold safety standards and compliance requirements.

Experience

Required:

• Proven warehouse or distribution leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Hands‑on experience with inventory management systems and warehouse processes.
• Proficiency operating sit‑down forklifts and standard warehouse equipment.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to lead by example in a fast‑paced environment.
