Position: Distribution Warehouse Manager

Location: Garner, NC

Pay: $75k to $90k/year (Depending on experience)

Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an experienced Distribution Warehouse Manager with strong experience in DSD, food/beverage distribution, and high-volume warehouse operations. This role oversees multi-shift warehouse activities and ensures safe, accurate, and efficient product flow across a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Lead daily warehouse operations across all shifts: loading, inventory, transport, and facility safety
• Manage and mentor warehouse supervisors and staff; oversee hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure accurate picking, loading, and DSD delivery support
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, product movement, and reconciliation
• Maintain compliance with Food Safety standards and facility safety/security requirements
• Partner with Sales, Transport, and other departments to meet service goals
• Plan staffing levels for a 24/7 operation and adjust resources as needed
• Drive operational improvements, productivity, and cost control initiatives

• 5+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in DSD, beverage, or food distribution
• Strong leadership skills with experience directing and motivating warehouse teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Forklift/Powered Industrial Truck Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to travel 10% and work additional hours as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
• SAP experience (3+ years preferred)
• Beverage industry or DSD experience
