• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee all store operations, meet or exceed sales goals, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, staff, and assets by enforcing safety and security policies.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter with a desire to learn, develop, and educate.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on ladders.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
