Floor, you will guide customers in selecting the perfect flooring solutions for their homes, using advanced sales techniques including upselling and relatable selling. 50

Floor provides a steady stream of highly qualified leads, eliminating the need for cold‑calling or building a clientele.

• Conduct in‑home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from home.
• Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate third‑party preferred financing options for qualified customers.
• Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Achieve sales performance targets within your assigned territory.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.

• No cold‑calling or door‑to‑door sales. We provide pre‑qualified leads and a 40%–55% closing ratio support.
• Comprehensive product sales training for all experience levels.
• Commission‑based role with benefits: attract commission, tax‑write‑off opportunities, health benefits, etc.
• Extensive advertising support to build brand recognition in areas where you meet customers.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Reliable automobile with valid insurance.

• Availability to work 8 am–8 pm weekdays and some Saturdays.

• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
