High School (9-12) Classroom Teacher

Compass Community Schools is seeking experienced high school classroom teachers at our Midtown campus for the  school year.

• Intentionally small school setting – less than 400 students in total
• Collaborative professional development (PLCs) supported by a department lead, plus network level support for developments
• Robust medical, dental, and vision plan with significant employer contributions to premiums

• Contributions in the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (AAA-rated pension plan)
• Salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000
• Sign-on bonuses available

• REQUIRED:
  
  Bachelor’s degree
• PREFERRED: valid Tennessee teaching license

In July 2019, Compass Community Schools opened six high-quality charter schools (five elementary and one high) in the Memphis community.
