C# Developer

We ship fast and break very little, and we want a C# Developer who shares that obsession with Delegation. What lands on the table: 1-plus years behind you, $40,000 - $63,000 for it, and a runway at Data Driven Corp that keeps climbing.

• Set the Microservices coding standards the rest of Data Driven Corp engineering follows
• Keep the technology Ansible service humming through Gary's holiday traffic surge
• Chase down the Django integration that silently drops Data Driven Corp events at midnight
• Own the junior Tailwind CSS workstream that unblocks the rest of Data Driven Corp's Gary, IN roadmap
• Drive the Django incident postmortem that stops the Gary outage from recurring

• Comfort presenting to an IN-wide audience without a script
• Demonstrated calm when a Gary, IN client changes scope mid-stream
• An eye for the impact-driven detail that separates fine from finished
• Working understanding of both Redis and Microservices in real-world settings
• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations
• Familiarity with the rhythms of a feedback-driven part-time team

Data Driven Corp builds technology tools the way old shops built furniture — slowly, in Gary, IN, and with a scrappy-but-steady respect for the craft. We onboard you to the technology mission first and the Delegation tooling second, in that order.

Our $40,000 - $63,000 package travels with real mentorship, a growth ladder you can see, and the flexibility to clock in from Gary or home.

The search for a junior C# Developer is in full swing, and we want to fill it soon.
