Web Designer

We are assembling a world-class technology team and want a Web Designer who can write Analytical Thinking that performs under pressure. At Care First Medical, $56,000 - $83,000 buys a mid-level seat, but 5 years of Linux buys you the ownership that comes with it.

• Translate technology compliance rules into PostgreSQL guardrails baked into the build
• Stitch Linux events into the Ansible pipeline feeding Care First Medical's technology reports
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the technology team
• Ship Elasticsearch experiments fast, kill the losers, and double down on what sticks
• Catch the Analytical Thinking race conditions that only surface under Gary peak traffic
• Mentor newer mid-level hires on how Care First Medical actually wires Git Lab CI together

• 4 or more years steering technology projects end to end
• A Care First Medical mindset: scrappy today, scalable tomorrow
• Hands-on command of Ansible, with Linux as a close second
• Knowledge of IN-specific regulations relevant to technology work
• Comfort being accountable for a goal-oriented outcome in a full-time role

Few people outside IN realize that Care First Medical powers a surprising slice of the technology infrastructure running across Gary, IN today. Diverse perspectives make our technology work sharper, and we deliberately seek them out.

Joining Care First Medical means $56,000 - $83,000, strong benefits, and a culture where senior engineers actively mentor newer talent.
