- Proven experience managing mechanical contracting projects, preferably HVAC and plumbing, within commercial or industrial construction environments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction sequencing, and applicable codes and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and change orders.
- Experience coordinating with field teams, engineers, clients, and other project stakeholders.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance on all projects.
- Experience with design‑build or negotiated mechanical projects.
- Familiarity with ductwork fabrication, pipe fitting, and mechanical system integration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with project management software and documentation tools.
- Experience working with union or non‑union mechanical trades (as applicable).
