Established, Mid‑Sized Mechanical/HVAC Contractor Seeks Experienced Project Manager

Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $/yr.

Established several decades ago, the client specializes in the design, engineering, installation, service, and maintenance of mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial clients. • Diverse Project Portfolio – Manage a wide range of mechanical projects including new construction, renovations, retrofits, and service work across commercial, institutional, and industrial environments.
• End‑to‑End Project Involvement – Exposure to all phases of mechanical work—design coordination, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and close‑out—providing a well‑rounded project management experience.

• Proven experience managing mechanical contracting projects, preferably HVAC and plumbing, within commercial or industrial construction environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction sequencing, and applicable codes and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and change orders.
• Experience coordinating with field teams, engineers, clients, and other project stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance on all projects.

• Experience with design‑build or negotiated mechanical projects.
• Familiarity with ductwork fabrication, pipe fitting, and mechanical system integration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with project management software and documentation tools.
• Experience working with union or non‑union mechanical trades (as applicable).
