Automotive Manufacturing | Assembly Operations

Base Salary: $165,000 to $170,000 USD + 25% Annual Bonus

Ellos HR Solutions is conducting a highly confidential search for an experienced Manager on behalf of an established automotive manufacturing organization in Indiana.

We are seeking a proven manufacturing executive with a strong background in automotive assembly operations, full P&L accountability, and plant leadership.

This opportunity is intended for an accomplished General Manager who can step into a leadership position, take ownership of an established operation, and deliver measurable business results.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for manufacturing performance, financial results, operational excellence, and leadership development.

• Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, profitability, and financial performance
• Leading automotive assembly operations and supporting manufacturing efficiency
• Driving improvements in productivity, cost management, quality, and delivery
• Providing strategic direction while maintaining strong operational oversight
• Developing and holding management teams accountable for performance
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs
• Strengthening safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Working closely with corporate leadership to achieve business objectives

Important:
This position requires an experienced General Manager who can assume full responsibility for the operation from day one.

• Previous General Manager experience within automotive manufacturing is mandatory
• Full plant P&L ownership is required
• Strong experience overseeing automotive assembly operations
• Proven ability to lead an established manufacturing operation independently
• Demonstrated success improving profitability, operational efficiency, and manufacturing performance
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and cost control experience
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary management teams and drive accountability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision making skills
• Stable employment history with demonstrated long term commitment

Base Salary: $165,000 to $170,000 USD

25% Annual Performance Bonus
