The shift manager will oversee electrical maintenance and reliability across high-volume production operations. These are hands‑on leadership roles within a large‑scale industrial facility that runs continuous operations supporting steel production, casting, and finishing lines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical systems, team leadership, and troubleshooting in heavy manufacturing environments.

• Lead and direct electrical maintenance crews during assigned shifts
• Ensure safe and efficient maintenance, repair, and operation of plant electrical systems and equipment
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot PLCs, motors, drives, and high/low‑voltage systems
• Maintain compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and preventive maintenance programs
• Collaborate with operations, mechanical, and reliability teams to support production goals
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance or electrical experience, preferably in steel, foundry, power, or heavy manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of motors, drives, PLC systems, and high‑voltage distribution
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills
