Maintenance Technician

** Overview*

** Maintenance Technician
** to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. We are looking for someone who has working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, doors: interior and exterior, water heater, and painting.

** Responsibilities*
* + Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems or structures

+ Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities

+ Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary

+ Assists in emergencies as needed

* Qualifications:

*
* + Must be 18 years of age or older

+ Minimum 1 year of experience performing building maintenance duties listed above

+ Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools.

+ Basic knowledge of operating a computer and Microsoft programs

+ Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks.

+ Must possess organizational skills.

+ Must be able to perform unsupervised
