** What You'll Be Doing
*** Inspect, maintain, and repair crushers, conveyors, screens, and other quarry processing equipment.
* Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
* Complete preventive maintenance activities to support safe and reliable plant operations.
* Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
* Partner with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency.##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment in a heavy manufacturing, mining, or aggregate environment.
* Working knowledge of conveyors, crushers, pumps, hydraulic systems, and mobile or stationary plant equipment.
* Ability to safely perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and mechanical repair tasks.
* Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
* Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, equipment drawings, and repair procedures.##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
