Responsibilities
- Bill all New and Used car deals and post into Accounting
- Organize all paperwork in each deal; check for completeness (signatures, verify VIN, etc.)
- Process incoming/outgoing Dealer Trades in Dealer Track DMS & process Payoff checks for Trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institution in a timely manner.
- Generate and maintain the Salesperson’s commission reports
- Maintains Inventory Schedule & We-Owe Schedule
